Upon any termination of this Agreement, you shall immediately cease all access to and use of the App/Website and STUDBUD shall, in addition to any other legal or equitable remedies, immediately revoke all password(s) and account identification issued to you and deny you access to and use of this Site in whole or in part.

Any termination of this Agreement shall not affect the respective rights and obligations (including without limitation, payment obligations) of the parties arising before the date of termination.

We Deliver our services and products (depending on the location of the Vendor) all over the Globe.

Typographical Errors:

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, STUDBUD shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.

STUDBUD shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and you have been charged.  

If your Debit/Credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, the Vendor shall issue you Store credit or full refund to your mode of Payment equal to the amount of the charge.

No right or remedy of STUDBUD shall be exclusive of  any other, whether at law or in equity, including without limitation damages injunctive relief, attorneys’ fees and expenses.

No instance of waiver by STUDBUD of its rights or remedies under these terms and conditions shall imply any obligation to grant any similar, future or other waivers.

Entire Agreement:

If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed to be superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.

STUDBUD’s failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive its right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches.
